Competition Bureau, TREB return to tribunal in home-sales data lawsuit
Starting Monday, Sept. 21 in Toronto, the federal Competition Tribunal is set to rehear a lawsuit brought by the federal Competition Bureau against the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) over whether the board is unfairly restricting public access to crucial home-sales data.
